Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not arrived yet, here is what is happening.
What happens after you order
Day 0
Order received. You get a confirmation email straight away.
Days 1–5
Picked, packed and dispatched from our US warehouse.
Dispatch
Tracking number emailed. That email is the one to keep.
2–4 days later
Delivered by USPS. Most orders land 5–9 business days after ordering.

Nothing after 9 business days?
Message us with your order number and we will chase it or send a replacement.
