40 billion CFU, and the fiber to feed them.
A probiotic blend with prebiotic fiber in the same capsule. Two a day.
- Supports digestive health*
- 40 billion CFU per serving
- Prebiotic fiber included — probiotics need feeding
- Shelf stable — no refrigeration
Why the prebiotic matters
The count
40 billion CFU per serving, stated on the label rather than at time of manufacture only.
The food
Prebiotic fiber is what gut bacteria ferment. A probiotic without one arrives with nothing to eat.
The delivery
A vegetable capsule, shelf stable, no refrigeration and no powder to mix.
Why a big CFU number on its own means little
CFU counts are the number the category competes on, and the number is easy to inflate — many are measured at manufacture, not at the end of shelf life. A count without prebiotic fiber alongside it is also a colony arriving with no food. We ship both in the same capsule.
What this won’t do
Digestion is personal. A prebiotic that suits one person can cause bloating in another, especially in the first week. Start with the recommended dose, take it with food, and give it two weeks before you decide.

What arrives
Questions
Does it need refrigerating?
No. Shelf stable in a cool, dry place.
When will it arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days, then 2–4 business days in transit with USPS. Most orders land within 5–9 business days of ordering. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.
Morning or night?
Either. Consistency matters more than timing.
Is 40 billion a lot?
It is a common serving in the category. More is not automatically better — what the strains are and whether they are fed matters too.
Can I take it with medication?
Ask your doctor before adding any supplement if you take prescription medication.
What if it does nothing for me?
90 days, empty bottle, full refund. No form to fill in.
